Details

There is a problem with the Personal Bookmarks Toolbar that if a user deletes
all bookmarks from the toolbar, it will not allow and new bookmarks to be
dragged to the Bookmarks Toolbar and causes a visual replication of the bookmark
to screen, in which you either have to close the window to get rid of the
effect, or quit Navigator all together.  I am assuming this could be from a nil
object error, but I could be wrong :-\
