Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Firefox with a new profile.
- In the tabs bar, observe the "Open a new tab" button.
Expected Results:
The "+" button should be properly displayed.
Actual Results:
The "+" button looks really pixelated. Please see the screenshot.
Notes:
- The issue is reproducible only on Windows.

DPI setting: 100% (recommended)
Display resolution: 1920 x 1080 (recommended)
Display orientation: landscape.

I think this is an instance of bug 1704274. The screenshot looks good to me, so I suspect this is an artifact produced by reporter's display hardware as it meets the 1.25 stroke weight used in the Proton icons.
