Firefox Version: Latest Nightly - 2021-04-23 - Windows 10
Window Size (inner width and height): 2176x1246

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Dark Theme on latest Nightly
  2. Go to any website with a dropdown such as https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/select
  3. Observe that the dropdown background is black, and the text is black as well

Note that this is on latest Nightly, so might not affect MR1 (can't test on another version right now, but I only recently noticed that)

Expected Behavior

Dropdown option text color is white and therefore readable - though that might get complicated with different themes as the dropdown adjusts to the overall theme color

Actual Behavior

Unreadable dropdown options

Another community Foxfooding report:

Firefox Version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:90.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/90.0
Window Size (inner width and height): 1500x875

Steps to Reproduce

Logged into gb.omeresa.net (Progress Book Gradebook)
Select a class
Go to period attendance
clicked the dropdown
Can't read the options

Expected Behavior

Have a light background with dark text

Actual Behavior

Both are dark.
