On 78 ESR we are still running xpcshell-tests against both the legacy search configuration and the modern version. The specific tests are checking that the configuration of the shipped engines is correct.
These tests are expensive and can take a long time to run.
Given that we are now not going to revert ESR to the legacy configuration, and we have already disabled them for Amazon (due to the legacy configuration not being able to be updated to the latest Amazon changes), I think we should disable the legacy configuration tests.
This will reduce the time it takes to run those on ESR which will save builder time and developer time.

Note: we originally did this in bug 1656840, but I want this to be simpler than the patch we did there.
