Steps to reproduce:
Update to FF 88.0 at 04/23/21 (Even in Save-Mode)
Rollback to FF 87.0 at 04/28/21 (Website full functional)
mozregression: All verdict_b Distributions didn't work, verdict_g Distributions full functional, but no specific Bug-Information.
Actual results:
Amazon.de plays no HD-Movies anymore because the Standards for HDCP aren't giving. Series still playing in HD.
Windows and all FF-PlugIns (OpenH264-Videocodec 1.8.1.1 / Widevine Content 4.10.2209.1) are on latest Update and Error even still up in FF-Save-Mode.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
