Steps to reproduce:

Spell check before send

Actual results:

Starting with Tbird 78, the spell check window opens on the primary monitor rather than on the Tbird app monitor. Earlier versions always popped it up on the Tbird monitor.

Expected results:

Earlier versions opened the spell check window adjacent to the main window.

Yes SteveH, this does happen and it's quite boring!
