1709445 - De-duplicate history icons

Bug 1708558 replaces the history icon in the library window with a Proton-styled one. The following files have been identified as duplicates as a result:

• https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/themes/shared/icons/history.svg

Hi Molly, before closing this issue as Verified can you please confirm does this "History" Icon only show up in the 1. "Library Modal ?", 2. Added from the Customize section to the Toolbar and 3. In the Sidebar section ? other than these 3 is there anywhere else where we could find the history.svg ?

Thank you Micah, This issue is Verified as fixed in our latest Nightly builds 91.0a1 (2021-07-07).
