Affected versions

  • 88.0.1 (20210504152106)
  • 89.0b8 (20210504185920)
  • 90.0a1 (20210505095249)

Affected platforms

  • Windows 10x64
  • Ubuntu 20.04
  • macOS 11

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Open about:telemetry
  3. Zoom in to a greater value than 230%, while being in full screen mode.

Expected result

  • The arrow for the “current data” drop-down is correctly positioned when zooming in or resizing the window.

Actual result

  • The arrow for the “current data” drop-down is incorrectly positioned when zooming in or resizing the window.

Regression range

  • This issue does not seem to be a regression. I have managed to reproduce it with the same repro steps with builds as far back as 21st of August 2017, when the dropdown was implemented.

Additional notes

  • This issue also occurs when resizing the window and making it smaller.
  • Screen cast attached to illustrate the issue.
  • For Windows, the arrow is cut off, then it disappears as you zoom in.
  • For Ubuntu, the arrow touches the drop-down title.
  • For Mac, the arrow overlaps the drop-down title.

I think that is the layout of the page in question.
