1709811 - Show active threads on the thread summary rows of about:processes

Using about:processes to see the list of active threads is currently more difficult than it needs to be.

In most cases, one only cares about the most active threads, and not the entire list. There's enough space on the thread summary row to display this information.

The repeated "Thread (tid) : " prefix on every thread line also makes the list more cluttered than it needs to be.
