Preconditions
Proton ON (by default on nightly and beta)

Steps to reproduce
go to hamburger menu > more tools> customize toolbar (check themes box at the bottom)

Actual result
on linux the light theme circle image is barely visible compared to other OS that have a border.
on screenshot is kind of visible but it depends on the quality of the LCD screen you have,
for example i was trying on an old computer and the circle is almost invisible.

Expected result
all Operating systmes should look the same.

The theme menu was removed from the customize page in/around Proton and is now just a link to about:addons
