On Linux and Mac the (dropOn) highlights only the text in a treeitem. This makes it not very good visible when a message is dragged over the treeitem in the folder pane.
On Windows there is is gradient that doesn't fit well with the flat styling of the treeitems.

Try to drag a message to a folder in the folder pane or a contact over the address books.
This patch unifies the (dropOn) over the platforms.
