Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log to site
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Banner not on correct position (should be on top right corner), and close button
(on banner) doesn't work

Expected Results:  
As I said, the banner should be on right top, and I should be able to close it.

FWIW, this page looks identical to me in both Mozilla (Mac OS X CFM 2002092511)
and MSIE 5.2.1 Mac OS X.  I don't see a problem.  Maybe it's Windows-specific.
