We should disable this test until that bug is fixed.

I'm not all that happy to discover we disabled a test because it failed a few times, or that it was still disabled nearly a month after the problem was solved. Especially this test, which covers a huge amount of things that otherwise have sparse coverage.

AT the time, IIRC this was basically a perma failure (perhaps not tagged all the time).
