Note: there may be slight overlap with bug 1711480 . Otherwise, all the hits there apart from test_group_zoom-2.html and toolkit/themes/osx/reftests/reftest.list should be doable here.
We should not be setting this pref to false anymore, and beyond bug 1703646 and bug 1703630 (for the aforementioned 2 files), no tests should need this. Test code that forces the pref to false should be removed, as should test code that only runs if the pref is false, and checks if the pref are true should be redundant now.
