1712894 - Show selectAudioOutput() permissions in the "identity-permission-box"

This is about displaying selectAudioOutput() permissions in the "identity-permission-box" perhaps in much the same way as getUserMedia() camera and mic permissions are displayed, but the grant may be for only some speakers.

A mechanism to revoke permissions already granted to an existing page would also be required with this, and would need MediaManager-side support.

The concept of "different" or non-default speakers is somewhat difficult to describe.
Showing a speaker as the "webrtc-sharing-icon" for "different" speakers could be confused with the usual default speakers. It may be better not to show anything for "different" speakers in the "webrtc-sharing-icon".
Alternatively, there may be options to integrate all speaker permissions, so that even the default speaker can be blocked permanently.
