I used the Mozilla 1.2b icon as a starting point and came up with this (http://www.coe.unt.edu/coetech/robert/phoenix7.ico). I then incorprated it into the Phoenix executable for Windows with ResourceHacker (www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker). I think it looks very nice both in the OS and within the program. I am sure a more talented artist could clean it up a little. Thought I would pass it on.
