Loading <chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xul> isn't finished. This was a nice way to use mail client and browser in a single window.

The step to reproduce is very simple. You type chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xul into URL bar then loading won't be finish.
Maybe dupe of bug 196927.
