STR

  1. Open any article that has a Reader mode option (eg https://hacks.mozilla.org/2021/05/improving-firefox-stability-on-linux/).
  2. Hover the Reader Mode icon in the address bar.
  3. Note the tooltip text.

Expected

Tooltip should be "Toggle reader view"

Actual

I see "undefined" in today's Nightly (20210527212801).

Reproduces consistently regardless of the article.
