Steps to reproduce:
In Firefox 89 for macOS (any release), put Firefox into full screen mode and then exit Firefox. Start Firefox back up again.
Actual results:
Firefox does not start in full screen mode, unlike other macOS applications that are exited while in full screen mode.
Expected results:
Firefox should startup in full screen mode if it was last exited while in full screen mode.
