1714000 - Dropdowns have broken look in browser chrome on macOS

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0

Steps to reproduce:

I opened a dropdown in a doorhanger on the latest macOS Nightly.

Actual results:

The dropdowns had this odd broken look.

Expected results:

It shouldn't look broken (blur should be there, hover effect should be fully visible, etc.)

Weirdly, this does not happen on non-browser chrome stuff. Looks fine on websites.

Attachment: Turning off widget.macos.respect-system-appearance doesn't fix issue

In case this saves your time, this isn't fixed by turning widget.macos.respect-system-appearance off.
