It appears that the problem here is that they use Google Tag Manager dataLayer events, but our shim for GTM doesn't kick in because it specifically is not blocked on their page. However, Google Analytics is also on their page, and is being blocked and shimmed, so we have a way to deal with this.
In fact, looking over the code, we don't really think we need a dedicated shim for Tag Manager, and we can just fold the two together, and have the Analytics one handle both cases including handling the dataLayer events.
I'll modify bug 1713687 to handle this task, since I already have updates pending for the Analytics shim.

I just confirmed that the fix in bug 1713687 did the trick here for desktop Firefox, so once SmartBlock makes it to iOS it ought to help there as well.
