Bug 1682634 added browser_screenshots_dimensions.js, and a test_visiblePageScreenshot test which selects the "Visible Page" button in the Screenshots UI and examines the resulting image. The actual image dimensions seem to vary considerably across platforms and configurations so those assertions were disabled. They should be re-enabled as soon as the underlying problem is fixed.
