upon opening bookmarks, the list fill the screen, when the mouse is moved to the
bottom of list at the inverted triange. The list only scrolls one entry. When
the mouse is moved off the inverted triangle and put back on. The list moves
only one entry. Have to use the arrow keys in order to move up and down the
bookmard list. This worked in moz 1.1, but now does not work in 1.2a.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open bookmard folder
2.go to bottom of list
3.list only scrolls down one entry

Actual Results:
Am unable to scroll up and down booknmrk list. The list is an imported folder
from IE 6.x.

Expected Results:
Should be able to scroll up and down bookmark list with mouse.

no changes have been made to the environment. Am running moz as it was installed.
