RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1714681

People

(Reporter: bugzilla-mozilla, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0

Steps to reproduce:

Upgrade to Firefox 89 with a profile that had gfx.xrender.enabled = true
Try to open a menu, specifically the hamburger menu

Actual results:

After a certain uptime, Firefox crashed upon this action:

https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/e33e5eaa-a7aa-4529-96fd-b0fff0210603

Expected results:

I expected the hamburger menu to display.

I originally reported this in another bug where the menues were not displaying at all, but was told to file it here again. read more

Okay, all reports my search brought up seemed to only affect older versions, but this one might be related, but can't confirm as I don't have deep knowledge of the Firefox Code: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1714681

Thanks for the report. this does look like a dupe.
