I tried to land this test as part of bug 1715129, but Glean would only return undefined
when I tried to use testGetValue
on the probe in my test. This bug is for trying to figure out what happened there, to fix the test, and get it landed.

FWIW, bug 1719939 is now on file to remove the last consumers of this pref in the 92 cycle. I don't know if the glean release limit is inclusive (ie if the glean telemetry is collected in 92) but either way, given that we'll remove the last code honouring the pref in the 92 release cycle, am I right in assuming that we can just remove the code and not worry about the test?

According to https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/toolkit/components/glean/user/new_definitions_file.html, since it's set at "92", that "92.0a1" will be the first version where the probe will be expired.
So yeah, I think we can close this one out as WONTFIX, and just remove the probe as soon as possible.
Kind of a bummer we didn't figure out why the test didn't pass...
