Root Inclusion Cases used to get automatically closed when they were completed. This is no longer happening after extending Root Inclusion Cases to multiple root stores. Also, the Case Request Status used to get automatically set to Complete when the root store status was Complete and Sync had been done.
Of course, the logic will be different now, and need to take the multiple root store statuses into account.

Expected behavior was changed with the December 22, 2022 ER release that introduced the 'Root Inclusion Request' Case type. These types now get set to 'Complete' when all applicable Root Store Operators have selected ‘Request Process by [...]’ and the data has been synced. A Root Store Operator must manually close the Case and that is WAI.
