User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:88.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/88.0

Steps to reproduce:

Firefox 91.0a1 (2021-06-11) (64-bit) Nightly, on Fedora 33, GNOME, Wayland.
Open "Page Info" window for any website.

Actual results:

Bottom half of "Help" button doesn't fit in window.

Expected results:

Window should be big enough to fit all controls, including "Help" button. Also, when reducing window size manually minimum height should fit all controls and not allow hiding them.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

I believe this issue is a duplicate of Bug 1235184, but since that is a very old report and no work has been done on it I don't think we should set this as a duplicate to that one.
