Steps to reproduce:

try to mute tab that play youtube video/audio.

Actual results:

Interaction space of mute icon is smaller size then should be.

Expected results:

acctual interaction space in GUI must not 100% fit with intended proton icon sizes.
button must slight bigger then icon itself.

same as bug 1715001, new proton design only obsess in appearance, graphical side. not the functional, productivity.

even in visual perspective, it's tiny as ladybug to almost hard to recorgnize the icon means.
at least in usual windows desktop 96dpi/narrow height and density enviorment,
shrink current proton design as arithmetical way seems quite a regression then former button sizes in tab/download pannel/ETC.
