For another bug I had to install my old HD on my laptop (with TB 22 installed). I tested then how TB looks on Aero. I saw no issue except the menu bar with dark theme.
The menu bar on Windows 7 Aero is below the tabs because of the transparent window and title bar. We still set the caption colours which work in the window but not on the Win7 Aero title bar which uses the dark background too.

I tested it with a VM, it was kinda tricky to check, but it looks good.
Windows 7 is EOL since January 14th, so maybe we should start considering not supporting it anymore after 91.
