User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0
Steps to reproduce:
on websites if audio plays the tab says "reproduciendo" in spanish, because I use firefox spanish. Im sure in english it says "playing". I read this is a noisy tab alert. On one website Duolingo, whenever audio plays, it shifts the page down half an inch or so, because the tab has grown vertically to accomodate the alert. This wouldnt bother, but it causes my eye to jump down.
Expected results:
the website shouldnt move at all. I dont use that many tabs, so a noisy tab alert is totally meaningless and proves distracting.

I installed waterfox after submitting this bug and found that the problem of vertical resizing of tabs to show a text relating to audio reproduction does not occur in waterfox. The problem is only in firefox. Additionally, I tried palemoon browser and opera browser. The problem was also not in these browsers.
