OS: Windows
Firebox Version: 89.0.1 (64-bit)
Problem:
When user close the browser window in the maximize state and reopen it again, then it is opening in the minimize (Small) window state as shown in attached video.
Repro Steps:
- Open browser (when it is in close state).
- Click on "Restore Down" (Maximize) button.
- After maximizing browser window click on "Close/Cross" button to close browser window.
- Reopen the browser window again.
- Observe the behavior of browser window.
Expectation:
The last state of the browser should be remembered. This is the standard of any type of window/browser/application.

The linked video does not work and this does not sound like a security issue.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Win32' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
