OS: Windows
Firebox Version: 89.0 (64-bit)

Problem:
When user click on "Restore Down" button on minimized window then its unable to maximize and moves to the right side on the computer screen in the minimized state as shown in attached video.

Repro Steps:

  1. Open browser (when it is in close state).
  2. Click on "Restore Down" (Maximize) button.
  3. Observe the behavior of browser window.
  4. Again Click on "Restore Down"(Maximize) button.
  5. Observe the behavior of the browser window.

Expectation:
The maximize button should maximize on first click at step no-3.
