The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

I tried to reproduce this issue with normal 1080p monitors on Ubuntu as well as Windows 10 but I was unable to reproduce it on our side, unfortunately we do not have the right environment to test this issue but maybe someone from our Dev team can take a look and they might be able to reproduce it on a Wayland machine.

Did you try to set different scaling for monitors (x3 and x2)? Maybe that is the case here ... .

Unfortunately my monitors do not support scaling of 300% only 200 and I did test with the built in display set at 100% and for the second monitor to have it at 200%, it seems that when I open Firefox on the second monitor in full screen I can see the "List all tabs" dropdown without issues but If I open it on the 100% scaled built in monitor its like half of the Firefox browser is missing, Ubuntu will not scale the windows correctly for chrome or even the Settings window. This seems more of an Ubuntu issue on my side, scaling to 200 on the second monitor somehow it affects the first Built in display as well.

Please test latest nightly - that looks like a general popup issue on Sway.
