Details

The WebCompat Reporter is an in-tree extension which uses our shared lightbulb.svg as its icon.
Bug 1708018 makes it so the icon isn't duplicated in the source tree, but because of the constraints on URLs/icon paths in extension manifests, we can't reference it via its chrome:// URI and this file ends up being packaged twice.
