Preconditions:
In about:config, set pdfjs.enableXfa = true

Steps:

1. Launch Firefox
2. Open the attached pdf.

Actual result:
"From" and "To" fields are auto-populated

Expected result:
"From" and "To" fields should be empty

This issue also occurs in the case of the attached PDF file.
Many of the drop-downs that don't have a "blank by default" option will be auto-populated with the first option in the list.

Verified as fixed in Nightly v91.0a1 on Windows 10 and Mac OS 11.4.
