Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open this URL - http://designs.ndev.xyz/test/download.html
  2. Click the button "Click here"
  3. Then wait for 2 second.

Actual results:

Download dialog is appearing multiple times.
In this case to close all the dialogs the user has only one option to close the browser.

Expected results:

Download dialog should appear single time.
Also checked on Chrome it's working fine.
