Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://twitter.com/
  2. Select the Reply option below any post
  3. Type some characters
  4. Insert some emoji
  5. Observe the cursor

Expected result

  • The cursor is visible when navigating the emoji

Actual result

  • The cursor turns invisible when navigating the emoji

Suspect: Bug 1303654

And I confirmed that
If set layout.css.clip-path-shapes.enabled = false in the bad build, then the issue is gone.
