The allowed-dupes.mn list includes entries for themeGeneric.svg and customize.svg being duplicates, under Bug 1708008. These should be addressed independently of the work to de-duplicate the extension icons.

This icon is mostly used for themes, maybe we need something different for the customize mode favicon.
