Steps to reproduce:

Nothing that I am aware of. The issue problem has appeared overnight.

Actual results:

I have a number of windows open. In one window there is a number of tabs. The windows now has an additional title bar with “Password Required - Mozilla Firefox”, and only the minimize button is enabled.

This happened a few times before, and it is OK after a restart, but has come back.

Expected results:

Certainly not this.

I did try clearing the Primary Password to see whether the title would disappear, but that didn’t work.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the window itself no longer responds to any mouse click or keyboard event. It does respond to scrolling the mouse.
