Hi,
Whatever the printing method you use (from the main window, a tab or a message window), you cannot print a message using Thunderbird 91.0b1 ou 91.0b2.
You can print a card or an address book (it is ugly but it works) but not a message because the application does not seem to be able to compute the message preview.
You will find a screenshot and a console log file in attachments.
