Yes, printing is broken in TB 91, crashes or hangs. This is tracked in bug 1714639. Should get fixed soon.

Not sure this helps but just setup 91beta in parallel to 92.0a1. Printing fails in slightly different ways:
91beta (installed 19.7.2021) - preview window hangs with preview rotating image - printer details window displayed correctly
- have to cancel to exit
92.0a1 (19.7.2021) - preview window is blank except for page number at bottom of window - printer details window displayed correctly - have to cancel to exit

91.0B3 partially fixes this. Print actually works, and if you select a different print target you see the preview.
But if you just ctrl-p, you see a blank preview. The number of pages is correct and the document will print correctly if you press print.

With this port of CSS changes of https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/f032f4d08cfd the print preview is working again.

Okay, thanks. I vaguely recall seeing a change like this in toolkit, but I haven't really been paying attention to the printing problems.

Confirming above in 91.0B3... print prview will be nice, but this solves the immediate problem of no printing.

I don't know if this helps, but I noticed that when the little "wheel" is turning endlessly, if I change thge view from Portrait to Landscape and back, the preview screen works and the email prints well
I have 91.0b3 (64-bit)

In TB91.0b3 (64 bits), the preview works again for the printing of the mails if one carries out the manipulation on the orientation. It also works for the destination.
However, the print preview for calendars remains KO.
