User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:88.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/88.0

Steps to reproduce:

Many add-ons rely on small pop-up menus for their settings.

Actual results:

I have to set readable fonts and font sizes, not too big and definitely not too small.

Which means that the menu contents are far bigger than the menus, and confirmation buttons may be out of reach.

Expected results:

If I could resize these pop-ups, that wouldn't be a problem. I doubt I'm the only one affected.

Ctrl + scrollwheel can be used to zoom in/out.

Ctrl+plus/minus seems to not work though. It affects the web content area but not the popup (bug 1647056).

Luca wants to check what the desired behavior here is and add P2 or P3.
