[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Enable the system High Contrast setting
  2. In about:preferences, under the “Fonts and Colors” section, access the “Colors...” option and set “Override the colors specified by the page with your selections above” to “Always”
  3. Go to about:addons and enable the Dark theme
  4. Notice the Add-ons Manager sidebar button strings are no longer visible, but instead replaced by white rectangles when not selected

[Expected results]:
Add-ons Manager sidebar button strings should be visible with both High Contrast and Dark theme enabled.

[Actual results]:
Add-ons Manager sidebar button strings are not visible when both High Contrast and Dark theme enabled.

NOTE:
Under the same circumstances, button strings are visible on Windows 10 x64 and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

I'm not currently seeing the bug on my MacBook on Nightly (95). Can you see the issue there?
