Steps to reproduce:
- Set MacOS system theme to dark
- Maximize Firefox window (to full screen)
- Hover to the top to see menu bar
Actual results:
Menu bar was white
Expected results:
Menu bar should match system theme (it should be black with the dark theme)

This is expected to be a duplicate of bug 1620202. Please reopen if bug 1623686 did not resolve this (testable in Firefox 91).
