In bug 1724749 I had to disable that test on x86 because it was failing on that architecture. Toshi and I discussed the possibility that the directory structure and build system changes caused the execution order of GTests to change such that it might have broken the test when run in CI.
I could not reproduce the failure on a local build.
I won't be around to look into this, so filing so that it's on Toshi's radar.

It's been two years since we disabled this test, and a lot of stuff has changed, and I got a good try run, so let's try turning this on again.
