User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0

Steps to reproduce:

Starting with a fresh install of TB91. Using the setup wizard to add a gmail account. This wizard finds calendar and contacts to add. And it all goes successfully.

However, trying to manually add the gmail contacts sync through address book window if you have an existing account already setup on TB, this fails to create sync for contacts.

Actual results:

For example: say 123@gmail.com was already setup in TB, but there was no sync for contacts

If manually adding the sync in address book window.
aka
New > Cardav address book > username > insert 123@gmail.com = Failed to connect.
There is no OAuth window popup. So it fails!

If i try a completely different gmail account thats not setup in TB, adding a contact sync only. An 0Auth appears, and it works...

Expected results:

should of manually added a sync for contacts for a gmail account.
But because there is no 0Auth popup for an existing account on TB it fails.

I have tried this in Thunderbird 91 and not run into a problem, so I think there's more going on than appears. Please try it in Troubleshoot Mode and with a clean profile to see if we can get closer to the problem.
