Details

There was a Try run in which the Windows build was working. A comm-central run with the exact same code but for a linting error failed. The only difference that I can see is the tb-debian-mingw docker image, which on Try depended on docker-image-debian10-amd64-build but on c-c depended on docker-image-debian11-amd64-build. I guess that means Windows libotr is incompatible with the Debian 11 docker image.

Handled in bug 1726433.
