Steps:
1. Launch Messenger
2. From Edit menu, select Account Setup. it shows 2 accounts(qatest38 and
qatest01)
3. Select qatest01, and click on the Delete button

Actual result: Nothing happens.  qatest01 is NOT deleted

Expected result: I expect the selected account (qatest01) would be deleted

This happens on all 3 platforms.
