Progressive paint was removed in bug 1727398, but there is some APZ support code for it that's still in the tree (and still runs and generates some useless IPC messages on Android).
This bug tracks removing that support code (MetricsSharingController etc.).

The patch also removes the remaining related code from
CompositorBridgeParent/Child.
