User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910 There seems to be an issue between Mozilla 1.2a and Microsoft's Intellitype driver. If the Intellitype control panel is set to load Mozilla Mail when the Mail button on the Microsoft Natural keyboard is pressed, the Mail window does not appear - the current window loses focus and pressing Ctrl-2, selecting Mail & Newsgroups from the menus, etc, will not work. You must quit Mozilla entirely and start again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set Microsoft's Intellitype driver to load Mozilla Mail when you press the 'Mail' button on a Microsoft keyboard. 2. Load a Mozilla browser window. 3. Press the Mail button on the keyboard. Actual Results: The Mail & Newsgroups window fails to open, and in fact will not open regardless of what the user does until they open the task manager and force a quit. Expected Results: Open the Mail & Newsgroups window. This works on every version of Mozilla up until 1.2a.
Short Question: Does the software for this keyboard send keys to the software (Ctrl+2) or does it start Mail mozilla.exe -mail this way?
